General sales conditions

1. Description

Raiffeisen Ski Discovery by Magic Pass cards are valid from 1 November to 30 April of the following year, for three days in three different ski resorts. During this period, they give access to all the facilities of the partner companies (hereinafter the partners), namely:

2. Sales conditions

Sales period

These packages are on sale from 27 October until 10 March of the following winter, on the Internet platform reserved for Raiffeisen customers with MemberPlus status: https://raiffeisen.magicpass.ch. Only one ski pass per person per winter season.

Terms of payment

For purchases via the online sales site (Internet), payment is only possible using an electronic payment system (credit card or TWINT).

Age groups

Raiffeisen Ski Discovery Child: from 6 to 15 years of age (in 2025, born between 2010 and 2019)

Adult: from 16 years of age (in 2025, born in 2009 or earlier). The year of birth is decisive for the granting of the tariff.

Price

All prices are in Swiss francs and include VAT.

Validity

The Raiffeisen Ski Discovery pass can be used by the customer as soon as the card is received, not as soon as payment is made. Only the presentation of the physical card gives the right to use the services. The Raiffeisen Ski Discovery is valid for three days in three different resorts.

Resale

Any resale of the Raiffeisen Ski Discovery pass is strictly prohibited. Only sales on the Magic Pass website are permitted. The Cooperative reserves the right to cancel Raiffeisen Ski Discovery passes that have been resold via a third party.

3. Data carrier (Keycard) for Raiffeisen Ski Discovery packages

The Magic Mountains Cooperation provides a free data medium with the purchase of a Raiffeisen Ski Discovery pass and ensures that this medium is compatible with all partners.

4. Scope of service

The benefits of the Raiffeisen Ski Discovery package include those of a day pass from all partners. This means that if public transport is included in the day ticket, it is also included in the Raiffeisen Ski Discovery package. The Raiffeisen Ski Discovery card must be presented in order to benefit from the associated services. Order confirmation, payment confirmation or a photo of the card, for example, are not sufficient. If you are unable to present your Raiffeisen Ski Discovery card, you will have to purchase a valid ticket at your own expense.

5. Reimbursement

Purchased Raiffeisen Ski Discovery ski passes cannot be refunded under any circumstances, in particular, but not exclusively, in the event of illness or accident of the pass holder. The Magic Mountains Cooperation does not refund ski passes.

Furthermore, there is no guarantee that the facilities of the partners listed in Article 1 will be open in full or in part; no right to reimbursement, even partial, is possible, in particular in the event of non-opening, refusal to accept the ski pass (e.g. refusal to read the ski pass), partial opening or closure of one or more of the partners listed in Article 1 or their facilities.

6. Replacing the data carrier

The data medium (Keycard) will not be replaced in the event of technical reading problems. No duplicates will be issued in the event of loss. Replacement of lost or damaged data media is subject to a charge and the purchase of a new package.

7. Forgotten pass

If you forget your pass, no duplicate will be issued and you will have to buy a ticket at the ticket office of the ski resort you are visiting.

8. Pass control

Each pass is personal, exclusive and non-transferable. It can only be used by the person registered on the card. Each partner can carry out checks on the use of passes. When passing through a control terminal, the system takes a control photo of each customer.

9. Misuse of the Raiffeisen Ski Discovery pass

Any misuse of a Raiffeisen Ski Discovery pass will be punished by immediate withdrawal of the pass and a contribution to control costs of CHF 200.00. Any days of misuse will also be billed to any abusive user. The holder is responsible for keeping his/her ski pass in such a way as to prevent it being misused by third parties, including members of his/her family or friends. In addition, a pass that has been withdrawn cannot be returned under any circumstances, unless a new pass is purchased.

10. Delivery times

Magic Mountains Cooperative undertakes to process each order for the Raiffeisen Ski Discovery ski pass within three working days of receipt. Once processed, the order will be dispatched by the postal services.

However, please note that Magic Mountains Cooperative is not responsible for postal delivery times. Indeed, delivery times may vary depending on several factors beyond the control of Magic Mountains Cooperative, such as the logistical constraints of carriers or unforeseen delays in distribution operations.

11. Inappropriate behaviour

All holders of a Raiffeisen Ski Discovery pass must comply with the regulations for transport users drawn up by the ski lifts, follow the instructions of the staff of the partner ski lifts indicated in Article 1 and comply with the various laws in force. Any holder of a Raiffeisen Ski Discovery who does not comply with these provisions, who adopts an attitude contrary to the legal provisions in force or who behaves inappropriately, may be banned temporarily or permanently (suspension/withdrawal of their pass) from one or all of the partners indicated in section 1.

Magic Mountains Cooperation may judge, at its own discretion, whether the behaviour of a holder of a Raiffeisen Ski Discovery is appropriate or inappropriate. In the event of inappropriate behaviour, Magic Mountains Cooperation also reserves the right to impose further sanctions on the persons concerned, in particular to charge them a penalty or to invoice them for the intervention. Magic Mountains Cooperation also reserves the right to use any legal means at its disposal and in particular the right to report the persons concerned to the competent authorities.
